The Division of Administration & Finance hosted the annual A&F Advisory Committee Reception on April 18 to honor and celebrate the work of advisory committee members for the 2022-23 academic year. 

The A&F shared governance advisory committees have an important role in providing feedback and perspectives from their constituents to division leaders on key services, making recommendations to leadership, and serving as ambassadors about the division’s services, thus expanding the division’s reach across the university. 

This year, 11 outstanding students, faculty, and staff advisory committee members across the University of Houston were honored for their service and commitment to the nine divisional committees. 

“Our division can only accomplish and meet our goal of moving our services forward because of the individual contributions of our advisory committee members,” said Senior Vice Chancellor Raymond Bartlett at the reception. “I’m grateful to all of you for your service to the division.” 

The committee honorees are as follows: 

Campus Facilities Planning Committee:
Patrick Mulligan – Executive Director Brand Management
Jim Taylor – University Architect, Facilities Planning & Construction 

Maintenance Project Evaluation Committee:
Cris Milligan – Assistant Vice President for Research Administration Division of Research 

Sustainability Advisory Committee:
Alan Rossiter – Executive Director, External Relations and Educational Program Development, UH Energy 

Bookstore Advisory Committee:
Samantha Eades – Manager, UH Campus Store
Luca Della Santina – Assistant Professor, Dean of Optometry 

Food Services Advisory Committee:
Donna Keeya – student representative
Alyssa Green – student representative 

Transportation & Parking Advisory Committee:
Elsie Myers – Administrator, Business College, Dean, Optometry 

Cougar Card Advisory Committee:
Don Yackley – Associate Vice President Student Housing & Residential Life 

Safety and Security Advisory Committee:
Leanica Adams – Assistant Director, Student Housing & Residential Life Custom Services & Operations
